Tee of the Month Club FAQ

• How is the monthly shirt selected? The New Standard team will pick the shirt of the month. It will either be one of our popular catalog designs or a limited edition style. It’s just like getting a surprise gift each month.

• How do I update my information? If you have a change of shipping address or need to change your shirt size, you can do that by clicking the shirt of the month tab in the account control panel. We will also provide you with a link for updating your address and sizing in the signup e-mail you receive when you active your subscription.

• How do I cancel my subscription? The shirt of the month subscription fee is paid up front. You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund only: If you contact Customer Service and cancel your Subscription within twenty (20) days of our shipment of your 1st New Standard shirt and return it to us in new/unworn condition with postage/shipping costs prepaid by you. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund of your Subscription Plan fee. You can cancel any time, but the full price of each New Standard shirt delivered to you will be subtracted from the total Subscription Plan fee you paid and the remainder refunded to you as a credit via a New Standard Gift Card.

• Can I renew my subscription? Your tee of the month club subscription does not automatically renew. However, around the time of the final shipment we will send you a notification that your subscription is running out so that you can renew without any interruption.
