Growing up in Grand Rapids, MI, Pat Perry did his fare share of bird-watching. But here’s hoping his funny T-shirt design for New Standard was inspired by his imagination and not experience. On a faded gray tee, the illustrator drew a bemused bird perched on a branch. Realistic enough, right? But wait, the animal’s got a red breast (and this is not a Robin) and a bloody, dismembered finger falls from its beak. Just goes to show what happens when you feed the birds.

I absolutely love this shirt, I'm actually wearing it as I type this review. I love the artwork. The bloody finch makes my family members cringe and my friends laugh. I think this is one of the best shirts I own.
